Plans cover coordination, education visits, and the way follow-up is organised. Procedure and laboratory fees, when needed, are quoted before they happen. You can book a single visit without joining a monthly plan.

No. Visit Essentials is a single visit. Monthly plans are for people who want continuity booked in advance. A coordinator confirms what applies to your request before any fee is taken.
Operations, imaging performed outside a counselling visit, and laboratory processing are quoted separately. You will see the figure by email before you agree. Cosmetic wishes that are not clinically indicated are not part of these plans.
Yes. Write to info@neocpm.com before the next month begins. We confirm the change by email. Unused visits do not convert to cash, and we do not keep you on a plan you have asked to leave.
Entirely by email. There is no payment counter listed on this website and no telephone line. Include the name on the appointment and the plan you discussed so the reply is specific.
