Urgent review
Same-week visits for new symptoms that should not wait for a routine slot.
Welcome to Neocpm
Neocpm is a clinical home for people who want prevention, specialty insight, and follow-up in one place. Visits are unhurried, plans are written in plain language, and the next step is agreed before you leave the conversation.
About Us
Neocpm was built for the moment when a symptom, a screening result, or a family history needs a calm explanation. Clinicians, nurses, and care coordinators share one record of what was discussed, what was advised, and what should happen next.
People come to us for heart reviews, skin checks, joint pain, planned surgery conversations, neurological symptoms, and long-horizon family medicine. The aim is the same in every room: understand the person, name the problem clearly, and choose a path that fits real life.

Blood pressure, cholesterol, rhythm questions, and recovery after a cardiac event.
Services
Each service is led by a named clinician. You can request a visit directly, or start with family medicine and be guided onward if a specialty look is wiser.
01 — Cardiology
Chest discomfort, breathlessness, palpitations, high blood pressure, and cholesterol are reviewed with time for questions. We explain what a test can show, and what it cannot.
Joint pain, sports strains, back stiffness, and planned bone procedures, with a focus on movement you can keep.
Changing moles, rashes, acne, and skin checks, photographed and documented so changes are easier to compare.
Pre-operative counselling, day-procedure planning, and recovery advice for people considering an operation.
Doctor tips
A good visit starts before you arrive. These are the habits our clinicians ask people to bring.
Bring a list of medicines, including supplements, and a few home blood-pressure readings if you have them. Note when chest tightness, swelling, or skipped beats show up — at rest, on stairs, or at night. That pattern often matters more than a single number.
Take a clear photo of a changing spot in daylight, with a second wider photo so the clinician can see where it sits. Do not cover it with makeup on the day of the visit. Mention itching, bleeding, or a family history of melanoma.
Wear clothing that lets the clinician see the joint. Write down what makes the pain better or worse, whether it wakes you, and which movements you miss most. Old imaging reports help, even if the pictures themselves are not with you.
